Davis Hart, APRN and Owner of T48 Wellness, is a dedicated healthcare provider with a diverse clinical background spanning emergency medicine, nursing, neurosurgery, and primary care. His passion for patient-centered care and wellness began in 2008 when he earned his EMT certification and started working with a local ambulance service in Jacksonville, Florida.
After becoming a Paramedic and spending several years serving patients in emergency medical services, Davis pursued further education and earned his nursing degree. Throughout his nursing career, he gained experience in multiple healthcare settings including Medical/Surgical, Emergency Room, and Neurosurgery. He ultimately served as an Operating Room Circulator in Neurosurgery, where he participated in complex brain and spine surgeries as both a circulator and scrub nurse.
Driven by a desire to provide more comprehensive patient care, Davis continued his education and earned his APRN certification from Chamberlain University. Today, he practices in primary care with a focus on personalized wellness and preventative healthcare, emphasizing accessible, evidence-based care to help patients optimize their overall health and long-term well-being.
Heather Hart, Practice Administrator and Co-Owner of T48 Wellness brings more than 25 years of experience in the financial services industry, with a professional background rooted in customer service, compliance supervision, operations, and leadership. Throughout her career, she has developed a strong passion for helping people, building meaningful relationships, and creating organized, client-focused experiences.
As Co-Owner and Practice Administrator of T48 Wellness, Heather oversees the day-to-day operational and administrative functions of the practice, including patient communication, billing, invoicing, financial management, and website administration. She plays an integral role in ensuring patients receive a professional, supportive, and seamless experience from their first interaction with the practice.
Heather is passionate about helping build a wellness practice centered around personalized care, transparency, and accessibility. Her attention to detail, commitment to service, and organizational leadership help support the mission and continued growth of T48 Wellness.
